Booking Policy
A $15 deposit secures your cleaning appointment and is credited toward your final service total. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
Please provide at least 4 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With at least 4 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 4 hours’ notice and no-show appointments forfeit the $15 deposit.
