Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service. By requesting an estimate or scheduling a cleaning service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Services

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of work will be agreed upon before service begins. Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.


Free Estimates

We provide free estimates. All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the property's size, condition, or requested services differ from the original estimate.


Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed based on availability. We will contact you to confirm your requested date and time.


Deposit Policy

No deposit is required for:

Standard Cleaning

Weekly Cleaning

Bi-Weekly Cleaning

Monthly Cleaning


A 25% deposit is required for:

Deep Cleaning

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Post-Construction Cleaning

Large Commercial Projects

Specialty Cleaning Services

The deposit is applied to the final invoice. It may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-show appointments.


Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no-show appointments, or appointments where we cannot access the property may result in the loss of any required deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the property.

Ensuring water and electricity are available.

Securing pets when necessary.

Informing us of any fragile or valuable items.

Providing any special cleaning instructions before service begins.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you believe an agreed-upon area was missed, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, return to correct the missed area at no additional labor charge.


Refund Policy

Because cleaning services are completed on-site, refunds are generally not provided once work has been performed. Approved refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of management.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or if our staff are subjected to threatening or abusive behavior.


Privacy

Customer information is used only to provide our services, communicate about appointments, and process payments. We do not sell or share customer information except as required by law.
