Deposit Policy

At Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service, we strive to make scheduling simple while protecting the time reserved for each customer. This Deposit Policy explains when a deposit is required and how it is applied.


No Deposit Required


No deposit is required for the following services:

Standard Cleaning

Weekly Recurring Cleaning

Bi-Weekly Recurring Cleaning

Monthly (Every Four Weeks) Cleaning


25% Booking Deposit Required


A 25% booking deposit is required to reserve an appointment for:

Deep Cleaning

Move-In Cleaning

Move-Out Cleaning

Post-Construction Cleaning

Large Commercial Cleaning Projects

Specialty Cleaning Services


How Your Deposit Works


Your deposit:

Reserves your appointment date and time.

Is credited toward your final invoice.

Confirms your scheduled service.

May be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.


Non-Refundable Deposits


Your booking deposit is non-refundable if:

You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

You do not keep your scheduled appointment (no-show).

We cannot perform the service because access to the property was not provided at the scheduled time.


Rescheduling


If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments rescheduled with 24 hours' notice or more may transfer the deposit to one new appointment date, subject to availability.


Remaining Balance


Any remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service unless other payment arrangements have been approved in advance.
