Refund Policy

At Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service, our goal is to provide every customer with high-quality, dependable cleaning services. If you have a concern about your service, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If an agreed-upon area was missed during your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

When appropriate, we will schedule a return visit to address the missed area at no additional labor charge.


Refunds

Because cleaning services are completed on-site and cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been performed.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances and are issued at the sole discretion of Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service.


Booking Deposits

A 25% booking deposit is required for:

Deep Cleaning

Move-In Cleaning

Move-Out Cleaning

Post-Construction Cleaning

Large Commercial Cleaning Projects

Specialty Cleaning Services


The deposit:

Is applied to your final invoice.

May be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not keep your scheduled appointment.


Cancellations

To avoid cancellation fees or the loss of your booking deposit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to reviewing your concern and, when appropriate, correcting any agreed-upon areas that were missed.
