Thank you for choosing Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service.

 

To reserve your appointment, a $15 deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Booking Terms

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the $15 deposit has been received.
• The $15 deposit will be applied toward your final service total.
• Prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing is based on the property's size, condition, and requested services.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $15 deposit.
• With at least 6 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to one future appointment.
• Please ensure we have safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
• Our team may arrive within a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or the length of previous appointments.
• Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property.
• Ensure water and electricity are available.
• Secure pets if necessary.
• Inform us of any fragile or valuable items before service begins.
• Provide any special cleaning instructions before the appointment.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue.

 

Refund Policy

Because cleaning services are completed on-site, refunds are generally not provided after work has been performed. Any approved refund is issued at the sole discretion of Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service.

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or present a health or safety risk to our staff.

Phenomenal Milestones Cleaning Service is fully insured and committed to providing dependable, detail-oriented service.

Customer information is used only to provide our services, communicate about appointments, and process payments. We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law.
